At Monteverde Wellness we create intentional, one-on-one healing sessions to shift your energy, and where your nervous system can finally reset. Using a unique, personalized blend of Pranic Healing, guided meditation, mindful breathing, and restorative yoga, we help you shed stress and restore vitality.

  • Pranic Healing is a powerful and practical no-touch system of energy healing that harnesses and directs prana (Sanskrit for life force) to enhance psychological and physical health.  

    We each have an energy body made up of multiple energy centers (chakras) and an energy field (aura) around us. Blockages and imbalances occurring in the energy body will manifest in our physical body and emotional state. We also have energetic connections (cords) to other people, places or situations. Some of these connections are positive and healthy, but others are negative and draining.

    Always practiced as a complement to, and never a replacement for, traditional medicine or therapy, Pranic Healing is based on the principle that the human body has the innate ability to heal itself.  We can help it do so by removing blockages, and adding fresh prana to restore balance to the energy body. It’s almost like decluttering and organizing your energy field to make room for healthy, fresh energy to come in. 

    Modern Pranic Healing was developed in the Philippines in the 1980s by Master Choa Kok Sui, who used the methodology he learned as a chemical engineer to synthesize rigorous study of ancient concepts of energy and healing techniques into a comprehensive, repeatable treatment modality. Through thorough research and scientific experimentation, Pranic Healing was refined into a simple yet powerful system which is practiced worldwide today and can effectively and efficiently address the problems of modern-day life with ancient principles.

  • At Monteverde Wellness, we focus on a broad spectrum of emotional and mental issues such as stress, fear, worry, anxiety, trauma, phobias, neuroticism, depression, overwhelm, anger and irritability, sadness and grief, guilt and shame, low self-esteem and low self-confidence, feelings of unworthiness, perfectionism, imposter syndrome, scarcity mindset, overthinking, toxic relationships and generational patterns, along with other limiting beliefs.

    We know, however, that these afflictions may manifest as physical symptoms. These areas can also be addressed as part of the personalized approach we offer.
